Discover our high school graduate program, where you acquire three IHK qualifications in just 3 years: Retail Merchant (m/f/d), Certified Trade Specialist (m/f/d), and the Trainer Aptitude Certificate (AdA). During this varied time, you will get to know every department of a METRO wholesale store, as well as delivery and customer management.

Create shopping experiences: Create special shopping experiences from the start, advise our customers competently and learn the diversity of our unique product range. Become a food & gastronomy professional: Discover the diversity of our product range and build valuable expert knowledge. Shape a department: Learn to manage merchandise flows, organize processes and design sales areas creatively. Develop personally: Deepen your knowledge through seminars, e-learnings and exciting projects with insights into the food and gastronomy world. Gain leadership experience: Take responsibility for trainees, design your own projects and grow into your future position. School leaving certificate: Abitur or Fachabitur with completed internship. Personality counts with us – a very good grade average is not a priority. You have a strong interest in trade and enjoy dealing with customers from the gastronomy and food industry. Show your commitment, dedication, and communication skills.
