Butcher

As a meat salesperson (m/f/d), you ensure product availability and order in your department. You are the direct contact person for our customers and advise them on our extensive range of meat and sausage products.

• Customer service: You advise and inspire our customers from the gastronomy sector as a competent contact person, because you are at their side for all questions and wishes regarding our extensive meat and sausage product range
• Stocking shelves: Thanks to your support, our customers can always rely on well-stocked and neatly sorted shelves
• Product presentation: You present the products attractively for our customers and always keep an eye on order and cleanliness in the meat department
• Quality assurance: Our customers can rely on the availability of fresh and high-quality products, because you ensure compliance with legal and official quality assurance characteristics (e.g., HACCP, best-before date control)

• Ideally, you have a completed commercial training or experience as a salesperson (m/f/d), retail merchant (m/f/d) in food retail, specialist meat salesperson (m/f/d) or butcher journeyman (m/f/d) in a similar sales activity
• Career changers: Are you a butcher/meat cutter (m/f/d) or from the gastronomy sector (e.g., cook (m/f/d) or restaurant specialist (m/f/d))? As a career changer, you are very welcome!
• Experience and knowledge: Ideally, you have first experience at the fresh food counter and have good knowledge of meat and sausage products
• Customer orientation: You are enthusiastic about retail as well as meat and sausage products and are characterized by a customer-oriented demeanor
• Willingness to work: You are ready to work in a two-shift system
