• Excellent customer service: You inspire and advise our customers from the gastronomy sector as a competent contact person. You reliably assist them with all questions and wishes regarding our fish and seafood assortment
• Active sales: You openly approach our customers, recommend suitable products and convince them of our fresh fish
• Present fish appealingly: As on the plate, the first impression counts in the display. With your feel for the products, you ensure an appealing presentation and whet the appetite for more
• Freshness focus: Hygiene and quality are a matter of course for you. You ensure that legal quality regulations are complied with (HACCP, best-before date checks) and our products always meet the highest standards

• Sales experience: Ideally you have a commercial apprenticeship in food retail or experience as a salesperson (m/f/d), retail merchant (m/f/d), specialist salesperson in food retail (m/f/d) or in a similar sales activity
• Career changers welcome! Even as a career changer, e.g. from gastronomy with experience as a cook (m/f/d) or restaurant specialist (m/f/d), you are very welcome with us
• Experience with fish? Even better! If you have already worked with fresh fish, whether in sales or processing, that is a big plus but not a mandatory requirement
• Customer orientation: Customer satisfaction is your top priority. You score with your passion for fresh food and a friendly and communicative demeanor
• Willingness to work shifts: For your new task, you bring the willingness to work in a two-shift system
