Field Sales Representative

As a field sales representative (m/f/d) you are the face of METRO on site. Together with customer management in the office, you turn customer needs into solutions, strengthen long-term partnerships and win new customers for our ranges and services.

• Customer advice: You advise our customers directly at their businesses and identify potential to make their business even more successful with our products
• New customer acquisition: Winning new customers is your passion, you win over restaurateurs with enthusiasm for our services
• Customer service: You react quickly and solution-oriented to challenges
• Customer care: You plan your appointments independently and maintain your networks as equals
• Teamwork: Together with internal sales, the wholesale market and delivery you offer customers the best service

• Sales pro or industry insider: You have completed training in trade or sales, e.g. as a wholesale clerk (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial qualification.
• Career change: Alternatively you have already sold successfully in field sales or come from hospitality and want to bring your expertise into sales.
• Sales talent: You are a strong communicator, have sales talent and building networks is second nature to you
• Acquisition strength: You see actively winning new customers as a motivating challenge and have the persistence and negotiation skills
• Empathy & communication: Friendliness and service orientation are natural for you
• Self-confidence: You appear confident and ensure a cooperative partnership
• Digital fitness: Working with the latest technical equipment such as a tablet is no problem for you
• Driving license: You have a class B car driving license
• Regional proximity: Your current home is within the sales territory
