Apprenticeship as Industrial Management Assistant

How is a company actually structured? And what do the people who work there do all day? At MEWA, you will get answers to these questions. During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through various commercial departments of our company. In this way, you will soon see the big picture and discover how one cog meshes with another. For example, you will be deployed for several weeks each in departments such as customer service, human resources, and accounting. Here you will learn the respective tasks and get to know colleagues, actively support the daily to-do's, and coordinate small projects. In parallel, you will get a glimpse into our production areas. Your tasks are correspondingly diverse: For instance, in the HR team you will support the search for new employees or organize staff training. You like working with numbers? Then you will flourish in our accounting department. You enjoy talking on the phone and are articulate? Then you can inspire in customer service.

You can apply if you have your Abitur/Fachabitur or a good Realschulabschluss. It is important that you are interested in commercial processes and organizational contexts in a company. Naturally, you enjoy working on a PC and can imagine that office work is fun for you. Above all, we are impressed by your friendly, open, and confident manner: After all, during your apprenticeship you will come into contact with many customers, business partners, and colleagues.

Additional goodies: Presentation training, a final graduation project in the last apprenticeship year, and intensive exam preparation.
