The theoretical knowledge taught at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University at the Horb campus is put into practice and deepened in all relevant areas at Minol. In the study direction 'Mechanical Engineering – Supply and Energy Management', you will be deployed primarily in our 'Competence Center Technology' department. This department focuses on complex projects, e.g. in the field of energy management, and is the central point of contact in the company for technical special questions.

You actively support our engineers in demanding technical projects and, if applicable, take responsibility for smaller projects under the lead of our specialist planners. You prepare analyses and evaluations on the topic of energy management. You create drawings in Visio (e.g. energy flow diagrams, billing schematics, metering concepts, …). You handle printing/plotting of documents such as supply engineering floor plans or distribution schematics for heating/ventilation/sanitation/cooling trades and learn DIN-compliant folding of plans. You support the team by preparing important documents/lists in Word and Excel and compiling presentations with PowerPoint. To gain a holistic impression of the company, you have the opportunity to get to know other departments at Minol. In addition to your academic success, you should above all bring willingness to learn and perform, ambition and enjoyment in dealing with people. You also have a strong interest in technical issues. You have a good command of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and ideally Microsoft Visio. You work independently and convince with a high degree of self-reliance.
