Intensive training: Four-month trainee program with individual support in the branch office near you and at the MLP Corporate University. Preparation for self-employment: Step-by-step guidance and training for your later activity in independent financial consulting. Client acquisition & retention: Building and long-term support of your own client base – from career entry to retirement. Tailored financial concepts: Developing individual financial strategies tailored to the personal goals and life circumstances of your clients. Continuous further education: Regular seminars and training enable you to continuously expand your expertise and stay up to date.

You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with a business focus. You possess excellent German skills (C2 level). You can explain complex matters understandably and enjoy approaching people and conducting conversations. You have a pronounced interest in economic topics and want to continuously expand your knowledge. You recognize the needs of your clients and develop solutions that offer real added value. You are confident, act independently, and are motivated to start your own entrepreneurial career.

Paid trainee program: Permanent employment including fixed salary during the training phase – afterwards prospect of €60,000–75,000 income in the first year. Attractive income perspective: Compensation mix of commissions, portfolio commissions, and bonuses with average earning potential in the six-figure range within self-employment.
