Trainee Financial Consultant - Vechta

A paid trainee programme offering entry into financial consulting, intensive training, individual support and a path towards self-employed work as a Financial Consultant.

Complete a four-month trainee programme with individual support; prepare for later self-employed financial consulting; build and support a personal customer base over the long term; develop individual financial strategies for customers; continuously expand specialist knowledge through courses and training.

Completed university degree, ideally with a business-related focus; excellent German skills at C2 level; ability to explain complex matters clearly; enjoyment of approaching people and holding conversations; interest in economic topics; ability to identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions; confidence, independence and motivation to start an entrepreneurial career.

Paid four-month trainee programme with permanent employment and a fixed salary; opportunity to earn €50,000–€60,000 in the first year; a compensation mix of commissions, portfolio commissions and bonuses; individual support, mentoring and a strong network; flexible working from home, at the office or temporarily from abroad; more than 300 free training courses in areas such as investments, retirement planning and real estate.
