What You'll Learn
- Intensive training: Four-month trainee program with individual support in the branch office near you and at the MLP Corporate University
- Preparation for self-employment: Step-by-step guidance and training for your future activity in independent financial consulting
- Client acquisition & retention: Building and long-term support of your own client base – from career entry to retirement
- Tailored financial concepts: Developing individual financial strategies tailored to the personal goals and life circumstances of your clients
- Continuous further education: Regular seminars and training enable you to continuously expand your expertise and stay up to date
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies, ideally with a business focus
- You have excellent German skills (C2 level)
- You can explain complex matters clearly and enjoy approaching people and conducting conversations
- You have a strong interest in economic topics and want to continuously expand your knowledge
- You recognize the needs of your clients and develop solutions that offer real added value
- You are confident, act independently, and are motivated to start your own entrepreneurial career
