What awaits you: During your three-year apprenticeship at our corporate headquarters you gain a varied insight into Facility Management and work actively in the team from day one. Coordination: What needs to be regularly inspected or maintained in our buildings? You coordinate maintenance, repairs, and checks and document the most important processes. Property management: What belongs to the management of a property? How do appointments and billing work? You support the management of our buildings and liaise with tenants and service providers. Organization: How do you keep track of many tasks? You plan appointments, support projects, and ensure smooth operations together with your team.

You are reliable, think solution-oriented, and enjoy organizing things? Then this apprenticeship fits you perfectly. You have at least an intermediate secondary school certificate. You work in a structured and careful manner. You have a good sense for organization and planning. You like to communicate and enjoy working with different contact persons. You are flexible and solution-oriented when things don't go according to plan.
