What awaits you: During your two-year apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (m/f/d) with the additional qualification of management assistant, you will learn all work processes in our branch: Staff scheduling: You learn how duty rosters are created with the team in mind. Staff leadership: You learn leadership tasks and gain insights into team management. Customer consultation: You learn to advise customers competently, friendly, and fashion-consciously. Sales: You learn to present our goods attractively. Goods receipt and labeling: You learn to check newly delivered goods, label them correctly, and prepare them for sale.

During your two-year apprenticeship as a retail management assistant with the additional qualification of management assistant, you learn all work processes in our branch: Staff scheduling (creating duty rosters), Staff leadership (leadership tasks, team management), Customer consultation (competent, friendly, fashion-conscious), Sales (presenting goods attractively), Goods receipt and labeling (checking, labeling, preparing for sale).
