Strong training with perspective: Our in-house academy supports you throughout your entire training and prepares you specifically for your exams. Takeover & further development: After your training, we cover the costs for your master craftsman, pedagogical acoustics or CI further training. Fair training: Our training is independently certified as 'Fair Training' – and awarded by our own trainees. Attractive remuneration: 800 € in the 1st year, 950 € in the 2nd year and 1,050 € in the 3rd year – plus 25 days holiday. More money for good performance: Good performance is rewarded with premiums and bonus payments. Deutschland-Ticket: We cover 50% of the costs for your Deutschland-Ticket. 50 € extra per month: With your Edenred card you get an additional 50 € per month on top of your salary. Your vocational school stays in Lübeck and the associated costs are covered by us. At the same time, you get to know trainees and colleagues from all over Germany. You work with state-of-the-art hearing aid technology and get to know AI-supported hearing systems, among other things. You learn the technical craft: from pre-setting hearing systems to ear impressions and milling of otoplastics. You conduct hearing tests and measurements with modern technology and learn to correctly classify the results. Together with customers, you find solutions that fit their everyday life and personal needs. You work in a team and gradually take on more responsibility.

You are curious and eager to constantly acquire new knowledge – from ear science to modern hearing technology. You enjoy working with people and take pleasure in listening, asking questions and finding good solutions together. You approach others openly and respectfully – regardless of whether you are dealing with customers, colleagues or other people. You like to get stuck in yourself and don't wait for someone to always tell you what to do next. You work reliably and carefully and stick to agreements. You enjoy working in a team and can take responsibility for your own tasks. You are enthusiastic about the connection between people, craftsmanship, natural sciences and modern technology. You have an intermediate school leaving certificate, a very good lower secondary school leaving certificate or are about to obtain one. You speak German at least at B2 level so that you can communicate confidently in the specialist shop and at vocational school.
