Fair apprenticeship: our apprenticeship is independently certified as 'Fair Apprenticeship' – awarded by our own apprentices. Attractive pay: €800 in the 1st year, €950 in the 2nd year, €1,050 in the 3rd year – plus 25 days holiday. More money for good performance: good performance is rewarded with premiums and bonuses. Deutschland-Ticket: we cover 50% of the costs for your Deutschland-Ticket. €50 extra per month: with your Edenred card you get an additional €50 per month on top of your salary. Accompany customers personally on site – from the first conversation to the moment they hear better again; study the structure and function of the ear and learn what good hearing means for the body and perception; work with state-of-the-art hearing aid technology, including AI-supported hearing systems; learn the technical craft: from pre-setting hearing systems and ear impressions to milling otoplastics; conduct hearing tests and measurements with modern technology and correctly interpret results; find solutions together with customers that fit their daily lives and needs; work in a team and gradually take on more responsibility.

You are curious and eager to constantly acquire new knowledge – from ear anatomy to modern hearing technology. You enjoy working with people and take pleasure in listening, asking questions and finding good solutions together. You approach others openly and respectfully – regardless of whether you are dealing with customers, colleagues or other people. You like to get stuck in yourself and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next. You work reliably and carefully and stick to agreements. You enjoy working in a team and can take responsibility for your own tasks. You are fascinated by the combination of people, craftsmanship, natural sciences and modern technology. You have an intermediate school leaving certificate, a very good lower secondary school leaving certificate or are about to obtain one. You speak German at least at B2 level so that you can communicate confidently in the specialist shop and at vocational school.
