During your three-year apprenticeship at our corporate headquarters, you will get to know the various areas and processes of the HR department and work actively in the team from day one. Payroll: How is a correct payroll created? You maintain personnel and time data, prepare relevant documents, and learn important basics about salary, taxes, and social security. Personnel Administration: What belongs to daily HR work? You create and edit documents, maintain personnel files, and support hires, changes, and departures. In doing so, you learn the various processes of personnel administration. Recruiting & Personnel Development: How do we attract and develop employees? You support the creation and publication of job advertisements, accompany job interviews, and assist in organizing training and further education. This gives you exciting insights into the acquisition and development of our employees. Organization & Communication: How do we keep track of many tasks? You coordinate appointments, support projects, and communicate with colleagues, applicants, partners, and service providers – in person, by phone, and digitally.

You enjoy working with people, are well organized, and have an interest in HR topics? Then this apprenticeship is exactly right for you! You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss). You like to organize and keep an overview even with many tasks. You approach people openly and enjoy communication and teamwork.
