We are looking for you in Lüneburg (near Hamburg) for the apprenticeship as Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) -2027.

During your apprenticeship, everything revolves around food: from properties, through processing and refinement, to the manufacture of various products. You learn the production process of our products and how to control, operate and monitor our production plants. Machine cleaning, maintenance and setting up of the plants are also part of your tasks. You learn how to test our products for quality and can do this independently by the end of your apprenticeship.

You have or will obtain a good intermediate school leaving certificate (mittlerer Bildungsabschluss) or a good qualifying lower secondary school leaving certificate (qualifizierender Hauptschulabschluss). In science subjects such as biology, chemistry, math or physics you have good grades. The production of food and technical contexts interest you. Additionally, manual dexterity and a sense of responsibility are a good basis for your apprenticeship with us.

Mentoring: Career opportunities are firmly anchored with us and we support you in achieving your individual goals through our professional and personal guidance. Enjoyment included: Whether in between or for home – in our factory outlet, with over 100 free yogurt cups per month and free product refrigerators in the offices, you are always well supplied. Attractive location: Directly at the train station – with free parking spaces for maximum flexibility. Work clothing: Using clean, well-kept work clothing every day is an important contribution to well-being for us. We provide it and also take care of cleaning.
