Fullstack Developer - Focus.NET Backend

You take responsibility for central applications, e.g. our hybrid showroom or our dealer app – from conception through architecture to stable operation. You develop performant, scalable, and secure web APIs and services with C# and .NET and implement features consistently through to the user interface. You modernize grown systems: you move business logic from the database into clean C# code, design interfaces to our ERP, and further develop our databases. You technically advance our platform, e.g. with containers, caching, and real-time communication. You work closely with our specialist departments, translate requirements into suitable digital solutions, and contribute your own ideas. You naturally work with AI tools and help shape how we use AI, automation, and agentic software development safely and sensibly. You conduct code reviews and develop our development standards further together with the team. You pass on your knowledge to colleagues and trainees and shape technical decisions in the team.

Training in software development or a completed computer science degree and several years of professional experience in .NET development. Solid experience with C#, ASP.NET Core and SQL as well as in designing clean REST APIs. Practical experience with a modern frontend framework, ideally Angular and TypeScript. Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, DB2 or MS SQL, including performance optimization and migrations. Confident handling of Git and CI/CD; Docker, SignalR and Redis are a plus. Experience with AI-assisted software development; experience with agentic development, e.g. with coding agents, is a plus. Independent, structured way of working and the aspiration to develop sustainable solutions. Desire for responsibility, holistic thinking across the entire application, and clear coordination with specialist departments. Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban). Enthusiasm for new technologies and desire to actively shape the digital development of monari.
