What You'll Learn

Warm welcome: you greet our patients with a smile and make sure they feel well looked after from the start
Appointment and practice organisation: you coordinate appointments and always keep an overview of the workflow
Communication & service: you deal with patients, health insurers and external partners and answer questions in a friendly and competent way
Billing & documentation: you help with billing and documentation so that everything runs smoothly

Requirements

Experience at the front desk of a medical practice is required, completed training as a ZFA or MFA is desirable
