Sales Assistant with Shift Leader Duties, Berlin-Marzahn-Hellersdorf

Netto is looking for part-time sales assistants with shift leader duties or shift leaders for its stores in Berlin-Marzahn-Hellersdorf. The role combines customer service and looking after stock with supporting and standing in for the store manager.

• Taking responsibility: Support store management in running the store, help coordinate daily operations and stand in for the store manager.
• Serving customers: Make customer satisfaction your top priority. Keep products available, provide excellent service and maintain a clean, tidy store that customers choose first.
• Supporting the team: Join as a full team member from the start. Bring a positive attitude, support and celebrate the team as it reaches shared goals, and build a sense of belonging.
• Keeping products fresh: Keep chilled foods, fruit and vegetables, and the in-store bakery fresh and well stocked.

• Experience and knowledge: You have relevant experience in retail, preferably food retail, and ideally experience leading a small team.
• Teamwork: You enjoy working in a team and have good people skills.
• Independence: You can work on your own and make decisions.
• New ideas: You enjoy thinking in new ways and contributing ideas.
• Communication: You communicate well with different team members.
