Pure variety: You rotate through exciting stations in various companies of our group, e.g., Bernhard Rothfos, InterAmerican Coffee, or NKG Kala Hamburg. This gives you comprehensive insight into different business models and teams. Global business – right in Hamburg: You are in the middle of international raw coffee trade. You learn how coffee from over 40 countries of origin finds its way to our customers, and you are part of it. Hands-on in coffee trade: You are involved when raw coffee is purchased, inspected, shipped, and invoiced. Trade, logistics, quality, and accounting – you learn everything that belongs to it. Learning with depth: In addition to vocational school at Lämmermarkt, we offer internal training, apprentice projects, and plenty of know-how about coffee. Team & Network: You work with real coffee professionals, gain insights into global markets, and can develop professionally and personally.

Ready to start: You have a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) with very good grades in German, Mathematics, and English, a (technical) high school diploma (Abitur/Fachabitur), or a comparable school qualification – and the drive to really get going. Business mindset: You are interested in economic contexts and want to understand how international trade works. Language pro: You have very good English skills – perhaps even international experience. Numbers-oriented: You have good analytical understanding and like to work in a structured, solution-oriented way. Proactive: You approach new tasks with initiative, motivation, and commitment. Team-oriented: You are communicative, open, and enjoy working with others – even across departmental boundaries. Digital native: You are proficient with MS Office and confident using digital tools. Modern work environment in HafenCity with a view of the Elbphilharmonie. Attractive remuneration: €1,140 → €1,255 → €1,425 plus Christmas and holiday pay. Subsidy for the Deutschlandticket.
