Cell culture: Execution and optimization of suspension and adherent cell cultures as basis for complex cell-based test systems DNA analytics: Execution of molecular biological DNA analysis methods via PCR Protein analytics: Support in execution and establishment of analytical methods for protein characterization Method transfer to GMP quality control: Support in transfer of established analytical methods into GMP-regulated quality control and their implementation Documentation & regulatory requirements: Preparation of development reports, validation plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) considering current regulatory standards and guidelines, e.g., ICH Q14

Successfully completed training as a biology or chemistry laboratory assistant, BTA, CTA, or PTA, or a completed natural science degree (Bachelor) Practical experience in mammalian cell culture, particularly in handling adherent and suspension cell cultures Methodological knowledge in flow cytometry (FACS) and in the development of cell-based assays desirable First practical experience in DNA analytics, particularly via PCR, and in protein analytics an advantage Pronounced teamwork skills as well as an independent, structured, and reliable work style Knowledge in a GMP-regulated environment an advantage, but not a prerequisite Good IT skills and confident handling of common software applications Good German language skills in word and writing (min. C1)
