Quality Management Specialist - Active Ingredients

Full-time quality management role for biological and biotechnological active ingredients and medicines, initially limited to 36 months.

• Create, maintain, and train staff on standard documents as part of Quality on the Floor
• Define and systematically evaluate relevant quality indicators
• Advise and coach GMP departments as a central point of contact
• Ensure oversight and support the preparation of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls, as well as continuous improvement activities
• Support inspections and audits
• Participate in shift handovers and GMP rounds
• Conduct well-founded process observations in daily operations
• Review batch documentation on site
• Support departments in handling deviations from routine processes

• Completed Bachelor's, Diploma, or Master's degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, or a natural science
• Preferably professional experience in biotechnological or molecular-biological manufacturing or quality control
• Very good current and general GMP knowledge
• Sound experience in risk management and root-cause analysis
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with an independent and reliable working style
• Analytical thinking, process orientation, and technical process understanding
• Confident use of MS Office and other data-processing systems
• Very good written and spoken English
