In our modern IT environment, you will play a key role in protecting our systems and data. You work in a dedicated, dynamic team and actively shape the structure and further development of our cyber defense landscape.

Integration of innovative solutions, e.g. for simulation of penetration tests and automation of response processes. Conception and implementation of interfaces to various IT systems. Control of external security services (e.g. vulnerability scans, IDS). Analysis of security-relevant events and identification of threats. Development and implementation of incident response strategies and playbooks. Assessment of complex attack scenarios (e.g. APTs) and derivation of effective countermeasures. Development and further development of use cases, dashboards and KPIs to optimize security processes. Identification of security gaps and cyber attacks as well as development of effective countermeasures. Planning and implementation of incident response processes. Analysis and assessment of security-relevant events from complex system landscapes. Control and processing of security incidents (case management). Assessment of threats (e.g. APTs) including risk assessment. Integration and further development of security solutions in the Splunk environment. Optimization of the cyber defense system through projects and measures. Development of use cases, dashboards, KPIs and playbooks.

Completed degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification. Several years (at least 5 years) of experience in IT security or profound expertise in several relevant fields (e.g. SIEM, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Forensics, Log Analysis, Scripting). Good knowledge of network protocols and firewalling. Ideally experience with Splunk Enterprise / Splunk Enterprise Security architecture as well as experience with White Hat Hacking and PenTest execution. Know-how in data analysis, statistics or machine learning is an advantage. Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working. Initiative, team spirit and communication skills. Very good German and good English skills.
