You transform customer wishes into dream kitchens and manage the entire sales process from initial consultation to contract conclusion. We are looking for sales professionals with a feel for current kitchen trends and creativity in implementation!

• Visualization of customer wishes with our modern 3D planning tools
• Development and visualization of individual kitchen concepts considering style, functionality, and budget
• Prior experience in common 3D planning tools such as KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, or Winner is desirable
• Confident and closing-oriented management of the entire decision process, including quote preparation, objection handling, contract conclusion, and coordination of project processes (delivery, assembly, invoice control)
• In case of staffing shortages, you support in neighboring OBI kitchen studios

• You have prior experience in kitchen planning and active kitchen sales.
• Profound technical expertise in kitchen technology, design, and current kitchen industry assortments.
• Confident handling of professional planning software (e.g. KPS, KPS.MAX, Carat, Winner) as well as common MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
• Strong closing skills, negotiation talent, and the passion to not only advise customers but to inspire them long-term.
• Confident demeanor, high social competence, and an independent, goal-oriented work style.
• Feel for current kitchen trends, creativity in implementation, and enjoyment working with modern presentation and planning tools.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel in your support region complete your profile.
