Apprenticeship as Electronics Technician for Operating Technology

Apprenticeship start: 01.08.2027 Apprenticeship duration: 3.5 years Apprenticeship at the company in Uedem and at the vocational school in Kleve Courses parallel to the school and practical part of the apprenticeship in our own training workshop. You learn to install, wire and commission electrical systems and electrotechnical components. You gain insights into quotation preparation and documentation in the form of circuit diagrams. You program small control systems. Together we agree on a specialisation in the 3rd apprenticeship year: PLC programming and visualisation, workshop or Smart Energy and Decarbonisation. With corresponding performance the apprenticeship period can be shortened.

You have at least a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss). You possess technical understanding and manual dexterity. You can demonstrate good knowledge in STEM subjects. You enjoy dealing with people and organised teamwork. You are interested in electrical engineering, automation technology and technical systems. Ideally you hold a class B driving licence at the start of the apprenticeship.

During your apprenticeship you receive an attractive remuneration according to collective agreement, which increases with each apprenticeship year and is also regularly raised through collective bargaining adjustments. With a weekly working time of 37 hours you receive the following apprenticeship salary: 1st year: €961 gross/month 2nd year: €1,012 gross/month 3rd year: €1,064 gross/month 4th year: €1,115 gross/month In addition to your salary you benefit from our special payments (e.g. Christmas bonus, holiday bonus and employee bonus), subsidies for company pension scheme, a pension fund of your choice and bonuses for good grades in your intermediate and final exams. We cover your apprenticeship costs, e.g. for textbooks, and provide you with your own modern tool case, work clothing (incl. free cleaning) and a smartphone for the duration of your apprenticeship. We bear the costs for your Deutschlandticket and thus support your sustainable mobility. We have our own training workshop where you learn practical skills under individual supervision and prepare optimally for exams and your working life.
