Apprenticeship as IT Specialist for Data and Process Analysis

As an apprentice IT specialist (m/f/d) for system integration, you are a reliable and solution-oriented contact person for our customers. You analyze our customers' concerns and provide them with suitable solution offers based on this. Your focus is on our cloud infrastructure, with which you accompany our customers on the path to a modern and high-performance IT landscape.

From the start of your apprenticeship, you are a fixed part of the support team and actively involved in our operational processes. You get to know our software from day one. You install and integrate our software products at the customer's site and analyze errors by phone. You troubleshoot malfunctions, advise and support customers. In addition, you train our customers professionally in the use of our software products.

You have a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or (technical) high school diploma (Abitur), university dropouts are also very welcome. You have a technical understanding and interest in hardware and software. You have an understanding of complex processes and the ability to solve problems. You have good verbal communication skills, determination, and ability to learn. Furthermore, you enjoy dealing with different people, patience, and friendliness. In addition, you are keen on teamwork and independent, service-oriented work.
