Processing of customer complaints. Creation of credit notes or replacement deliveries. Documentation of complaint cases and creation of statistics. Interdisciplinary cooperation, such as purchasing and sales, to create corrective measures. Filing of objections. Monitoring of processes.

Completed commercial vocational training. Secure user knowledge of MS Office products. Structured, goal-oriented and reliable way of working. Organizational skills, resilience and cross-departmental thinking.
