IT Application Support Specialist Logistics

Your focus is on supporting and further developing our route planning software. In addition, you support us with other digital applications, particularly in the area of our mobile devices.

Support and further development of our logistics software AMCS / Fleet Planner. Point of contact for our departments for daily application. Optimization of digital logistics processes and identification of improvement potential. Analysis of technical and functional problems and development of solution approaches. Support of system enhancements and assistance with introduction of new functions. Creation of process documentation and training materials. Administration and support of our mobile devices and tablet management.

Completed training in IT, commercial training or a comparable qualification. Experience in supporting logistics applications (AMCS, Fleet Planner, Conwin or similar) is an advantage. Experience with mobile device management systems such as SOTI MobiControl. Enthusiasm for digital applications and optimization of business processes. An analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working. Ability to understand technical interrelationships and communicate them clearly to others. Initiative, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working with different departments. German at native speaker level and basic English skills.
