Technical property manager / interim manager (m/f/d) for Northern Germany in building services at Piepenbrock. Location: 33609 Bielefeld, full-time.

• You support our team in Northern Germany in onboarding new contracts in the field of building services
• You monitor and check the services performed and manage subcontractors
• You are responsible for deployment planning and project management
• You are the first contact (m/f/d) for our customers with questions and issues in building services
• In addition, you are responsible for quality assurance and compliance with Piepenbrock guidelines

• You have training in heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning or electrical engineering
• Ideally you have already gained experience in project management and leading staff
• You are confident with MS Office products
• You are distinguished by entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality and service orientation
• You hold a class B driving licence
• Your communication skills, flexibility and high willingness to travel (90%) round off your profile
