Workday Consultant

As a Workday Consultant at MHP, you support HR transformations by improving end-to-end processes, integrating Workday solutions and putting digital HR concepts into practice. The permanent role offers hybrid work across Germany, full time or part time. The start date is agreed individually, always at the beginning of a month.

• Workday implementation: Help plan and deliver national and international Workday projects and take responsibility for smaller workstreams. Guide customers through every project phase, from business requirements to technical implementation.
• Process analysis: Analyse existing HR processes, assess their compatibility with systems and develop suitable solutions with the team.
• System configuration and data migration: Configure Workday solutions, migrate data and integrate them smoothly into existing systems. Advise customers on Workday features.
• Customer support and knowledge development: Work closely with customers, build relationships and support internal knowledge sharing and development.
• Business development: Help prepare proposals during sales and presales and present solutions convincingly to customers. Take an active role in developing our services.

• Completed degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration or a similar subject
• Passion for HR and Workday, with a strong interest in new HR technologies
• Expertise in HR processes. Ideally, one or more Workday certifications, such as HCM Core or Compensation
• A structured, analytical, customer-focused and flexible approach to work
• Languages: German and English at a level suitable for business negotiations
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• A valid work permit; if needed, we can apply for one during recruitment. This takes time and affects the start date.
