Generative AI Engineer (Consulting)

Shape the future of Generative AI across Germany in a hybrid work model and bring innovative AI solutions into practice. You develop scalable systems, design architectures and support customers in integrating AI. Company: MHP - A Porsche Company.

• Technical responsibility: Design and implementation of complex AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for national and international customers.
• Solution architecture: Development of scalable AI architectures and integration of AI models into existing engineering and IT landscapes.
• Engineering use cases: Automation and optimization of processes along the product development cycle with a focus on CAD, requirements engineering and simulations.
• Technical consulting: Capturing and assessing business requirements and translating complex challenges into sustainable AI solutions.
• Project responsibility: Managing demanding AI projects across the whole project lifecycle, from idea to productive use.
• Professional leadership: Coaching and mentoring consultants, engineers and project teams and promoting technical best practices.
• Innovation & technology development: Assessing new AI technologies, AI security, building prototypes and further developing the service portfolio in AI Engineering.

• Completed degree in computer science, software engineering, data science or a comparable field with at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting and (Gen)AI
• Passion for AI & Generative AI, scalable systems, cloud technologies and building high-performance AI infrastructure
• Expertise in Python, ML, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, CI/CD and modern AI architectures
• Knowledge of project management, software architecture, cloud-native design, MLOps and AI security
• Working style marked by technical excellence, personal responsibility, strategic thinking, team orientation and a strong hands-on mentality
• German and English (each at least level C1, or fluent in business settings)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
