SDV Expert for SDV ADAS/AD Homologation

As an SDV Expert for SDV ADAS/AD homologation, you are a trusted advisor for OEMs and suppliers and lead homologation projects for assistance and automation functions to success. Location: nationwide in Germany & hybrid work, at MHP - A Porsche Company. Permanent employment in Consulting, start by agreement, always at the beginning of a month.

• Create homologation strategy & compliance roadmaps for ADAS/AD (EU & North America). Integrate cybersecurity (UN R155), software updates (UN R156) and OTA change logic into the type approval strategy
• Define test and evidence programs and ensure audit readiness through end-to-end traceability from regulation → requirement → test → report according to ASPICE, including keeping tool anchoring in view
• Stakeholder management with OEMs, technical services, authorities and suppliers. Involving cybersecurity, OTA and release management teams is part of the daily routine
• Take responsibility for gap assessments & program execution through to approval, including change impact analysis for software and OTA updates incl. re-approval assessment
• Support offer build & business development

• Completed degree: Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or similar, plus at least 5 years of professional experience in quality management, certification or homologation; several years of practice in ADAS/AD type approval or regulatory engineering (EU, ideally North America) including very good knowledge of common ADAS/AD functions, safety-relevant aspects and proof logic (test concepts, reports, traceability)
• Passion: Strong interest in AI-based ADAS systems (training vs. inference phase, model updates, performance metrics) and their regulatory implications
• Expertise: Deep understanding of the regulatory interactions between function homologation, cybersecurity and software updates (e.g. UN R155/UN R156) and the ability to assess software and OTA changes for type approval relevance and re-approval
• Your way of working: Very strong consulting and communication skills for coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders up to executive level; independent, structured and analytical in approach, documentation and preparing decisions
• Language: German C1+ / English C1+
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
