Manager SAP Service (Consulting)

Work flexibly across Germany in a hybrid model and help shape the digital transformation of value chains, focusing on SAP-based end-to-end and service processes at MHP - A Porsche Company.

• Consulting, design and implementation of end-to-end service processes in the SAP environment – especially with SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Service Cloud and SAP Field Service Management
• Transforming existing CRM and ERP functions into modern SAP service processes
• Design and development of AI use cases in the service area
• Responsibility for presales activities in service – from effort estimates and calculations to helping prepare offers and presenting them to the customer
• (Sub-)project management with budget and success responsibility
• Further developing our consulting portfolio in Service-to-Satisfaction and expanding our consulting expertise

• Completed degree and at least 6 years of consulting (or in-house consulting) experience focused on SAP service projects
• Passion for professional and strategic leadership in sales or service processes and in building partnerships
• Solid process and customizing knowledge in SAP solutions, ideally development skills, with experience in at least one of: SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP Field Service Management. You also have experience leading SAP service projects.

• Language: fluent German & English
