SAP QM Topic Lead

As SAP QM Topic Lead at MHP, a Porsche Company, you shape the strategic development of the SAP QM portfolio, advise customers on transformation projects and work hybrid across Germany.

• Responsibility for the strategic expansion and development of the SAP QM topic area and positioning MHP as a leading consulting partner in digital quality management
• Managing complex SAP QM and S/4HANA transformation programs and advising customers at management and C-level on designing future-proof quality processes
• Developing innovative consulting offerings, methods and best practices around SAP QM, quality excellence and S/4HANA transformations
• Professional leadership, coaching and targeted development of an SAP QM expert team as well as active growth of the community and skills in the topic area
• Responsibility for business development, account development and pre-sales activities – from identifying new business potential to developing convincing solution concepts and offers

• Completed degree and at least 8 years of professional experience in consulting or in-house consulting focused on SAP Quality Management and SAP S/4HANA
• Expertise in SAP QM and extensive experience designing and implementing quality management processes along the end-to-end value chain; ideally complemented by experience in adjacent SAP logistics modules
• Passion for leading complex SAP transformation programs and for professional leadership of teams, communities or topic areas
