Senior Consultant SAP Service (Consulting)

• Consulting, design and implementation of end-to-end service processes in the SAP environment, in particular with SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Service Cloud and SAP Field Service Management
• Implementing transformations of existing CRM and ERP functionality into modern SAP service processes
• Design and development of AI use cases in the service environment
• Support of presales activities in the service area, from effort estimates and calculations to help with proposal creation
• Contributing to the management of service projects and, depending on experience and interest, taking on (sub-)project responsibility

• Completed degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in consulting (or in-house consulting), focused on SAP service projects
• Passion for sales or service processes and for modeling and optimizing them.
• Sound process and customizing knowledge in SAP solutions and ideally development skills, with experience in at least one of the following solutions: SAP S/4HANA Service, SAP Service Cloud and/or SAP Field Service Management.
