(Senior) Manager SAP QM

Consulting role as a (Senior) Manager in SAP QM at MHP. Working in a hybrid model across Germany, you will help digitally transform value chains and provide technical leadership while taking responsibility for projects, portfolio development and sales activities.

• Provide comprehensive quality management consulting, from digital strategy and innovative approaches to quality planning, assurance and control through to the use of new technologies
• Take responsibility for integration between quality management and related areas, especially purchasing, production, maintenance, controlling, finance, sales and logistics
• Take overall responsibility for and develop a portfolio offering in quality management
• Lead projects or subprojects, including responsibility for budgets and outcomes, as the customer's main contact and/or provide technical leadership, training and development for internal colleagues
• Take technical responsibility for sales activities in quality management as the link to sales, including leading a bid team and preparing proposals

• Completed university degree and at least 6 years of experience in consulting or in-house consulting focused on SAP QM
• Passion for technical and strategic leadership and developing partnerships
• Expertise in the SAP QM component and S/4HANA, plus experience in technical leadership and/or project management of SAP QM projects
• An approach to work that establishes you as a trusted advisor and MHP representative, both with customers and internally at MHP
• Languages: confident German and English
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
