Parts and Accessories Advisor with Team Lead Role

Porsche Zentrum Heilbronn sells Porsche, one of the most successful sports car brands in the world. The goal is to continue this success and look after customers in the best possible way. To strengthen the team, an advisor for spare parts and accessories with a leadership role is wanted.

• Technical leadership of the parts department including staff scheduling and team development
• Active sales of spare parts, accessories and lifestyle products to workshop, service, business customers and direct customers
• Ensuring optimal cooperation between parts department, service and workshop
• Managing stock levels, delivery availability and returns management according to Porsche standards
• Supporting digital parts and logistics processes (Porsche PPN, eParts Online, ERP, warehouse control systems)
• Monitoring and managing key figures for sales, parts turnover and customer satisfaction in the parts department
• Coordinating with the aftersales manager on purchasing planning and marketing to increase parts and accessories sales
• Ensuring compliance with all Porsche CI/CD and quality requirements
• Complaints and warranty management in close coordination with After Sales
• Support at events and vehicle handovers (accessory staging, product presentation)

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training in the automotive field (e.g. automotive sales clerk, automotive mechatronics technician with additional qualification, parts/accessories specialist)
• Several years of experience in parts/accessories sales, ideally in the premium or sports car segment
• Experience in leading and motivating staff in day-to-day operations
• Confident use of Porsche systems (PPN, DMS, ERP, eParts Online) desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation with a reliable manner
• Organizational talent, resilience and hands-on mentality
