(Senior) Specialist Integrated Management Systems & Transformation

You shape the further development of MHP's integrated management system, combining quality, environmental management, AI governance and other ISO standards in an international environment. Full-time (40h), permanent, Corporate Functions.

• You continuously develop our integrated management system, translate standard requirements into practical processes and support the introduction of new standards from gap analysis to lasting implementation. You work closely with the responsible departments and integrate topics such as AI governance and ISO/IEC 42001 into the shared management system.
• You support the internal departments throughout the whole audit cycle, carry out internal audits and support external audits from preparation to follow-up (focus ISO9001/ ISO14001).
• You analyse audit findings and process deviations, develop improvement measures together with the process owners, track their implementation and check their lasting effectiveness.
• You independently manage projects and sub-projects around management systems, plan work packages and milestones, keep risks and dependencies in view and prepare international rollouts together with our country subsidiaries.
• You moderate workshops, bring different interests together into shared solutions and prepare key figures, risks and decision needs for management reviews and managers in a way suited to the audience.

• Passion and experience in developing integrated management systems further and in independently carrying out projects, analysing and sustainably improving processes, and working with national and international stakeholders
• Expertise in at least one relevant standard, especially ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO/IEC 42001, and a sound understanding of audit processes, risk-based approaches and translating requirements into practical processes; complemented by an auditor qualification and QMB training
• Your way of working is marked by analytical thinking, personal responsibility, results orientation, integrity and the ability to bring different interests together into workable solutions and to communicate complex content in German and English in a way suited to the audience
• Completed university degree and several years of relevant practical experience in introducing, developing or practically implementing management systems
• Language: fluent German & English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
