• Execution of own (sub-)projects within the framework of our procurement, mobility and travel processes
• Support in the procurement of non-production materials and services including service acceptance/invoice verification
• Participation in strategic and operational supplier management as well as in the control of service providers in various product groups
• Handling of supplier and hotel negotiations, offer comparisons and price negotiations
• Creation of cross-departmental evaluations and reports

• Studies in Business Administration, Tourism Management or similar
• At least three semesters of study experience and first relevant practical experience
• Enrollment or gap year between Bachelor and Master
• Structured and professional way of working
• An open, communicative, team-oriented and empathetic personality
• Confident handling of MS Office
