Intern in Organisational Development, Resources, Development Strategy and Communication

Full-time internship at Porsche in Weissach within the development division. The team works on organisational development, resource planning, strategy and communication and supports changes in vehicle development.

• Help organise and prepare content for management committee meetings
• Support project managers
• Prepare, run and document workshops

• Enrolled in business or economics, engineering, industrial engineering or a similar degree programme
• In the second half of a bachelor's or master's degree
• Some practical project management experience at an automotive or consulting company
• Strong analytical skills and strategic and business thinking
• Strong interest in cars and digital technology
• Very good German and English skills, at least B2
• Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Applicants from the European Economic Area applying for an internship in Germany need an identity card or passport.
• Applicants from outside the European Economic Area need a residence permit and, where required, a work permit for the duration of the internship.
