Service Assistant in Berlin-Adlershof (Part-time)

The Porsche Centre Berlin-Adlershof is looking, as soon as possible, for a service assistant (m/f/d) in part-time (34 hours/week) on a permanent contract in Aftersales.

• Planning, coordinating and preparing service appointments
• Receiving and personally greeting our customers at the Porsche Centre and directing them to the right service advisors
• Phone advice on our service offers
• Support in preparing and running mailings and in evaluating customer satisfaction surveys in the service area
• Scheduling replacement vehicles for customers and creating and maintaining customer orders in the system
• Actively supporting service advisors in daily business
• Handling cash register tasks
• Taking on general administrative tasks in the after sales area

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the automotive field
• First work experience in the service department of a car dealership desirable
• Basic technical understanding and solid knowledge of customer service processes
• Confident use of dealer management systems and workshop planning software
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a friendly and confident manner
• High level of commitment, organizational skill and a structured, independent way of working
• Confident use of MS Office
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
• Very good German and good English in speech and writing
