Qualified Nurse / Health and Nursing Professional / Geriatric Nurse

PZN is seeking qualified nurses for the clearing and crisis intervention ward and electroconvulsive therapy in the Counselling and Treatment Centre in Wiesloch. The ward provides diagnostic assessment and inpatient crisis intervention for up to ten days. The combination of work areas offers broad professional development in a dynamic psychiatric environment.

Recognising, recording and differentiating healthy and pathological aspects of patients; preparing nursing histories, care plans and documentation; providing psychiatric nursing based on current scientific knowledge; carrying out basic and treatment care; planning and conducting individual and group therapeutic measures; caring for and advising patients before and after anaesthesia; assisting anaesthesia staff during ECT; collaborating on care planning within the multiprofessional team; contributing to the development of processes במסגרת the “Future-Oriented Psychiatry” reorganisation.

Qualified nurse, health and nursing professional or geriatric nurse; experience in psychiatric care desirable; motivation and commitment to developing the individual departments; high degree of empathy and calmness in new or challenging situations; confident and friendly manner; willingness to continue developing professionally.
