About this Apprenticeship
At PwC Germany we work on solving crucial challenges, creating sustainable results and building trust in business and society. As part of the PwC Foundation you belong to the Corporate Sustainability activities of the company. The PwC Foundation is an initiative of the leaders of PwC Germany and operates nationally both operationally and as a funding body. You support us through our own programmes and funded projects to impart skills and, in the Humboldtian sense, to contribute to the unfolding of personal abilities and talents. In addition, the team promotes the digital competence of children and young people as well as other important topics with a focus on aesthetic cultural education and ethical economic education.
Requirements
You are studying cultural studies, humanities, education, social sciences, economics, or a comparable subject. You are interested in economics, sustainability, economic education, and fundamental ethical issues, and (ideally) already have some practical experience from internships, working student positions, or project work. You have good knowledge of MS Office and are willing to learn how to use our project management software. You have business fluent German and very good English skills. You would like to support us for a period of at least six months starting in February.
What We Offer
Culture – We want you to feel welcome and part of our community at any time. Therefore, we have created an open and modern corporate and management culture in which we recognize and celebrate the work we do together. Flexibility – We encourage you to choose your working hours and your working place the way that suits you and your lifestyle. We do not have core working hours and we also offer you the possibility of home office or temporary work from abroad. Always in accordance with operational requirements and labor law regulations. Master Program – We are passionate about your personal and professional development, therefore we offer your regular training with our internal Academy, international experiences by doing a secondment and continuous mentoring on the job. We also offer the possibility of Master's funding for examination Masters and specialization Masters. KiT – With our "Keep in Touch" (KiT) programme, we stay in touch with our interns and working students even after their internship ends and offer many benefits, such as exclusive invitations to seminars and workshops as well as extensive information on career opportunities. And there is even more – It is our purpose to create a positive working environment: An environment where flexible and creative working is possible, where work is recognized and performance is rewarded and of which we are all very proud.
