Apprenticeship at RECA NORM, an international direct sales company for tools and fastening technology, in Kupferzell. Duration 3 years, vocational school in Künzelsau, including the Fachhochschulreife qualification.

• In your training as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk you learn to develop solutions systematically. You receive the theory at the vocational school in Künzelsau. For the Fachhochschulreife you also study mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics.
• Your colleagues share their knowledge about our high-quality products, and ordering them is one of your tasks.
• If customers ask about the status of their delivery, you check the merchandise management system and can help them.
• General administrative tasks, for example booking incoming payments or organizing events, are also part of your tasks.
• During your training you gain insight into almost all our areas, e.g. purchasing, accounting, HR and various sales areas, and so get to know the whole company.
• During your training you can try out different departments, discover your strengths and start in various areas afterwards.
