Apprenticeship as a Nursing Specialist 2027

During this time you will learn to plan, coordinate and document nursing measures. You create individual care plans adapted to the needs of the patients. Your support is needed in medical diagnostics and therapy. You assist with medical activities, e.g. applying wound dressings.

You have a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or a lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) plus a successfully completed at least two-year vocational training or at least one-year assistant or helper training in nursing. Proof of medical fitness to practice the profession (medical certificate). Your oral and written German skills correspond to at least level B2. Great, but not a must: first experience in nursing, e.g. through a student internship. Your empathy and sensitivity characterize you.

Monthly remuneration: 1st apprenticeship year: €1,600, 2nd apprenticeship year: €1,700, 3rd apprenticeship year: €1,800 Additionally you receive shift allowances for late and night shifts You can look forward to 30 vacation days per calendar year We contribute to your company pension scheme
