Apprenticeship as an Office Management Specialist

At Reisen Aktuell, you will learn how many individual tasks come together to create a smooth office routine in a travel company. You will be part of the team from the start and gain practical experience in commercial and organizational tasks.

Planning appointments and coordinating processes; supporting written, telephone and digital communication with customers, business partners and colleagues; processing invoices and maintaining data; organizing commercial processes; working with modern IT systems and digital tools; learning about different areas and how departments work together; gradually taking on independent tasks.

Successfully completed school education, at least an intermediate secondary school certificate; good grades in mathematics, German and English; care and accuracy; curiosity and self-organization; willingness to learn, reliability and enjoyment of teamwork.
