About this Apprenticeship
Three-year butcher apprenticeship at Michael Brücken Kaufpark GmbH & Co oHG in Hagen, starting on 1 August 2027. You learn to prepare, process and sell meat and sausages, advise customers and create appealing product displays.
What You'll Learn
- Learn the butcher's trade: At our meat and sausage counter, you learn how meat and sausages are prepared, processed and sold. You also show customers what makes our products special.
- Contribute your own ideas: You make meat and barbecue specialities, prepare items such as bratwurst and meat patties, and contribute your own ideas.
- Help arrange the counter: You make sure our meat and sausages are displayed attractively and everything looks fresh and welcoming.
- Look behind the scenes: You order goods, check product quality and make sure everything is stored correctly.
Requirements
- Successfully complete school before the apprenticeship starts
- Enjoy working with people
- Interest in good food
- Willingness to help with practical tasks
