Apprenticeship as a Butcher - 2027

The apprenticeship starts on August 1, 2027. At the fresh-food counter, you will prepare meat and sausage products for customers according to in-house recipes. During your apprenticeship, you will learn about various tasks in sales, production and quality assurance.

• Conducting advice and sales conversations at the fresh-food counter
• Independently preparing meat and sausage specialties according to in-house recipes
• Ordering, checking and storing our meat and sausage products
• Ensuring quality and complying with internal and legal regulations

• You are interested in the specialties at our fresh-food counters.
• You enjoy learning new things, are creative and like working with meat and sausage products.
• You are reliable and work well in a team.
• You enjoy contact with people.
• You have at least a good lower secondary school certificate.
