A dual Bachelor's degree program specializing in retail at REWE. Training starts on 1 August 2027, with the planned end date of 30 September 2030. The position is full-time and fixed-term.

Working regularly in one of the stores, with three to four store changes during the study period; attending seminars; preparing for a management position through deputy assignments; learning about the links between stores, administration, and logistics; completing a short field sales assignment.

Interest in food and the processes behind the scenes in a supermarket; willingness to learn; reliability and ability to work in a team; enjoyment of working with people; good Abitur or subject-specific university entrance qualification in business.
