What awaits you: Apprenticeship as Retail Merchant in only 18 months; above-average pay: Year 1: €1,420; Year 2: €1,540; guaranteed takeover with good performance; subsequent option to become a Retail Specialist part-time in 18 months. What you will learn: You work closely in a team and gradually take responsibility for your own areas; You conduct competent advisory and sales conversations; You implement projects e.g. for customer loyalty and quality assurance; You learn all key retail processes - from goods receipt to sales promotion; You learn how orders, inventories and KPIs are managed and analysed in the store.
