About this Apprenticeship
You support the store management at your REWE Ahmad-Shah Hessami oHG with all tasks that arise, including in the deputy role. Full-time, permanent.
What You'll Learn
- You help take responsibility for implementing the successful REWE sales concept and carry out the related advertising and sales measures
- You manage sales, cost and inventory development as well as quality management, and ensure compliance with legal and company regulations
- You support your team with advice and action, lead by example and create the duty rosters
- You lead with appreciation and as an equal; trusting cooperation is a given for you
- You ensure through competent advice and courteous service that our customers feel completely at home
Requirements
- Your completed commercial training, preferably in food retail – a qualification as Handelsfachwirt is a plus
- Ideally your work experience as a (deputy) team leader in sales
- Your drive to perform, organizational skills and results-oriented way of working
- Your leadership skills, sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Your willingness to work in a flexible shift system with working times from Monday to Saturday
